Can I get a free sample?
Yes, We always supply Free Sample!
Free sample is a good opportunity for our cooperation in the near future and we are happy to send them to any potential customsers. However, Our usual practice is as below:
- The free sample should be less than 100USD for new customer
- If the sample cost is over 100USD, We will charge it and return it from future order
- Shipping cost should be borne by receiver ( Provide us with courier # or Pay shipping cost by paypal )
- Shipping cost will be returned when customer place an order.
How long I can expect to receive Free Sample?
It depends, Mostly we have free sample in stock for quick delivery. For the shipment, It usually take 1-3 days to Asian countries, United States etc, 3-6 days to European Countries such as United Kingdom, Spain, France.. and take 4-8 days to Latin American Countries and most African Countries.
What is the terms of payment?
Usually, Our terms of payment are T/T 100% In Advance, Western Union, Paypayl are all acceptable.

How will I know if my order was received?
Once an order you have placed for delivery has been processed, you will receive a confirmation via email. The confirmation will contain the expected delivery date, your shipping address, your order number and any other changes to your order.
How long will you deal with my order?
In the business hour, we will deal with your order immediately. We will inform you the lead time and shipping method, and make confirmation with you for some information we needed for shipping. Otherwise you will be waiting for one business day or one-and-half a day to deal with your business.
Who will be responsible for the return shipping cost?
The return shipping cost must be paid by the buyer. Please note: No matter for any reason, buyers should pay shipping charges to return the unsatisfied goods and no matter for exchange or refund, buyers should send our products first. After receiving the returned item (s), we will process the refund or exchange immediately.
If I receive an order discrepancy, what should I prepare for the return?
If you receive damaged items / wrong or missing in your order, please contact our Customer Service Department within 7 days from the delivery date. Certain information may be required for the verification of: • Picture Package on / box • Photo of the packing • Photo of the damage / incorrect items customers can send the information above to firstname.lastname@example.org. A representative will review the order and respond within 24 hours.
I can get my money back if the product works, but I do not need it, then?
Yes. If the product works but you do not need it, you can send it back for refund, in this case, we will charge 15% restocking and handling costs and do not reimburse shipping costs.
